Retrieves the alert groups currently linked to a work order. Use this to check who (which groups) will be notified about a given work order � 
for example, to display the assigned alert groups in a work order detail screen, 
or to inspect current links before deciding whether to add or remove any with `addWorkOrderAlertGroups` / `deleteWorkOrderAlertGroups`.
