# system.kanoa.cmms.getWorkOrderEventStatusCategory(paramsDict)

Returns work order event status category records, optionally filtered by the criteria supplied in `paramsDict`.
Status categories group individual work-order-event statuses under a broader classification (e.g. "Active" vs "Complete").
All keys of `paramsDict` are optional, so the function can be called with no filters to return all categories, or with one or more keys to narrow the result set to a specific id, name, or enabled/active state.

---
### Parameters
**paramsDict** `Dictionary`<br />

 	<tr><td> - workOrderEventStatusCategoryName</td><td>String</td><td></td></tr>
	</tbody>
</table>

---
### Returns
