# system.kanoa.inventory.deleteAssetBomItem(assetBomId, userId)

Deletes a single BOM line item from a specific installed asset instance, identified by `assetBomId`. 
This removes the asset-level override/extension entry from the asset's BOM; it does not affect the model-level BOM that the asset instance derives from.
