# system.kanoa.inventory.deleteModelBomItem(modelBomId, userId)

Deletes a single BOM line item from a model's catalog-level Bill-of-Materials, identified by `modelBomId`. 
This removes the component position (part or child-model reference) from the model's BOM structure; it does not delete the underlying part or child model itself.
