# system.kanoa.inventory.deleteUnitOfMeasure(uomId, userId)

Deletes the unit of measure record identified by `uomId` from the Kanoa MES inventory module. 
`userId` records who performed the deletion for audit purposes. Callers should confirm the unit of measure is not still referenced 
by active parts or transactions before deleting, since removing a unit of measure that is in use may cause referential integrity issues.
