# system.kanoa.quality.analysis.getAttributeChartData(masterChkShtId, defectItemPath, startDate, endDate)

Supports the p/np/c/u attribute charts. Returns one row per check-sheet event with the defect/defective count and its sample size - both come off the same row, since
chkShtEventItems already carries measCount (how many units this measurement represents) per event.
