Returns check item event data formatted to build a process capability chart

### Parameters
**masterChkShtId** `Integer`: Id of the check sheet<br />
**chkItemPath** `String`: Path of check item<br />
**startDate** `DateTime`: Start date of the range<br />
**endDate** `DateTime`: End date of the range<br />
**minRange** `Integer`: The lowest value in the table. Used to calculate intervals<br />
**maxRange** `Integer`: The highest value in the table. Used to calculate intervals<br />
**minValue** `Integer`: Ignore values less than this value. Can be set to None to return all values<br />
**maxValue** `Integer`: Ignore values greater than this value. Can be set to None to return all values<br />
