Makes a copy of a checksheet

**copyShtInfo** `Dictionary`<br />

 	<tr><td> - chkShtId</td><td>Integer</td><td>Check sheet to copy</td></tr>	
 	<tr><td> - chkShtName</td><td>String</td><td>Name of new Check sheet. If None we will add a numeric suffix</td></tr>	
	</tbody>
</table>

**userId** `Integer`: Id of user executing the function<br />
