system.kanoa.inventory.deleteInventoryTransaction(inventoryTransactionId, userId)

Deletes the inventory transaction identified by inventoryTransactionId. This is a hard delete of the transaction record; because inventory balances are typically derived from the sum of transactions, deleting a transaction will also change the computed on-hand balance for the affected part/inventory asset. Use with care on transactions tied to reference documents (POs, WOs).

Parameters

inventoryTransactionId Integer: Id of inventory transaction to delete
userId Integer:Id of the user executing the function

Returns

# of records modified Integer
message String None if success

Example

inventoryTransactionId = 5821
userId = system.kanoa.security.getIDPUserId({'userName': 'SYSTEM'})
recordsModified, message = system.kanoa.inventory.deleteInventoryTransaction(inventoryTransactionId, userId)
print recordsModified, message
