system.kanoa.inventory.deletePartInventoryBalance(partInventoryBalanceId, userId)

Deletes the part inventory balance record identified by partInventoryBalanceId. Use this to remove a balance row entirely, such as when a part is retired from a given inventory asset (warehouse, bin, or storeroom location) and its on-hand/on-order/reserved quantities should no longer be tracked there.
