Returns a maintenance KPI summary grouped by assigned user for a given date range. Each row aggregates key maintenance metrics (e.g. work order counts and completion performance) for a single assigned technician or user, letting supervisors compare workload and performance across staff. It is typically used to populate a per-technician table or chart on a maintenance workforce dashboard.
