system.kanoa.cmms.rruleToDates(rruleStr, startDate, maxResults)
Expands an RFC 5545 recurrence rule (RRULE) string into a concrete list of calendar dates, starting from a given date and capped at a maximum number of results. This is used to compute the concrete occurrence dates for a recurring work order schedule from its stored RRULE definition.
