Maintenance Setup

Before raising any work orders, set up the lists that classify them. These drive filtering, KPIs and backlog analysis, so it pays to agree on them early:

Work type	A technician's labor on a work order	Repair, Inspection, Lubrication
Priority	How urgent the work order is	Low, Medium, High, Urgent
