Configure the Tag Provider

Kanoa MES uses a dedicated tag provider named Kanoa to keep Kanoa MES tags separate from other tags in your Gateway.

Create the tag provider in the Ignition Gateway

Create a new tag provider with the following settings:

• Type: Standard
• Mode: Realtime
• Name: Kanoa (required name)

Tag installation and updates

Whenever you install or restart the kanoaAPP module, Kanoa will install or update the required tags and tag UDTs as needed.
