Why is the helper check sheet built before the main one?

The main sheet's Issue Check Sheet setting can only select a check sheet that already exists and is released. See QA Station and the Helper Check.

What happens when the operator clicks Get Analyzer Data and takes a measurement?

Every item whose trigger is Get Analyzer Data reads its attribute's data source tag for the QA Station at the same moment. See Build the Analyzer Check Sheet.

What does Sign Off Required change?

A submitted check stays in Submitted until a user with the Approve Checks function approves it. See Build the Analyzer Check Sheet.

Why didn't the test fail action fire on the first run?

Nothing on the sheet had a spec yet, so nothing could fail. The action only runs when a check actually fails. See Run and Validate.

Is the follow-up check issued when the failed check is submitted or when it's approved?

When it's submitted, before approval. See Run and Validate.

A Particle Size of 110 is entered against LSL 25, UCL 100 and USL 125. Pass or fail?

Pass, with a warning, because it's above the UCL but within the USL. See Run and Validate.
